A Bit Blue Today




Cool blue is the rule for today




 I am just a bit blue today, my only offspring is flying away.
 
 
 
 
 

Going out into the world to find her own way.



 So proud of her but sad for me.




But it's all a part of life.

    This is so pretty, Jan! Sorry you are feeling blue. It is kind of sad when our kids have the gall to actually grow up and leave us. My son did that to me, too. I've almost forgiven him. Almost.

    Beautiful post with all the Blue Willow dishes! I agree that it is quite an emotional time when the children leave.

    Beautiful table today Jan, I do love shades of blues even though you are kind of blue. It happens to many of us.

    I'm a recent empty nester, too. My youngest not only left, but joined the Army so I'm a little sad, as well as I now have a new worry! I'm with you in spirit. We'll get through this!
