Before The Rain Began

It was right before the rain began.  I knew we were in store for much rain and it would take out alot of the azalea blooms.  I didn't know how much of the wisteria would be affected.  Doesn't nature give us the prettiest gifts to work with?  Or rather to adore.

I used a vintage silver pitcher along with the brass pitcher.  The blue and white vase was a gift.

I hadn't thought about doing the mantel with the wisteria but decided to right before the first bout of rain.  Just in case it was taken out.

  3. Seeing you beautiful wisteria makes me so excited to see my in bloom! Love it and wish the flowers lasted longer, like the whole summer! We've been getting some rain/snow/hail here. One day 60 and the next 35! Your mantel is just beautiful!

    1. Thanks Cathy! It is a great season to live in the South. We had the azaleas and now the wisteria is still in bloom. The irises are showing off now. But we will pay this summer, once it gets soo hot.
